"In the early 80s, we debated shortening our name to just 'Pipes Insurance.' Joyce Pipes wouldn't have it. She insisted that Service remain, reminding us that while we sell insurance, our true business is serving people.

For our family, this work has always been a way to honor God by caring for our neighbors. That legacy continues to be our heartbeat today."
