We are proud to announce that Chris Pipes has stepped into the role of President. When Chris joined the agency nine years ago, he brought with him a strong background in commercial claims and a commitment to technical expertise, earning his Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU) and Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) designations. Since then, he has anchored our property and casualty division, managing our most complex accounts and earning the trust of our team. As Scott’s son, Chris is deeply committed to carrying the company forward with the same 'Service First' heart that has defined us since day one.
We are equally thrilled to share that Will McEwan has become a partner in the firm. Will is a cornerstone of our employee benefits division, known for handling unique client challenges with a rare mix of skill and care. Will leads by example, and we are excited to have his vision help shape our future for years to come.
For Scott and Rick, this is not a goodbye; the partnership is simply expanding. Scott, Rick, Chris, and Will are continuing to lead together, with Scott and Rick remaining actively involved to guide the team and ensure a seamless transition for the years ahead.
