Pipes Insurance Service is pleased to announce the hiring of Scott Carpenter as our Property & Casualty Operations Manager.
Scott will be leading our P&C Operations at the agency, overseeing daily operations of our Commercial and Personal Lines service team, focusing on optimizing operational efficiency and positioning our agency to continue delivering best-in-class client service.
Scott, a native of Massillon and a graduate of Perry High School and the University of Akron, brings a wealth of insurance carrier operations and leadership experience to the role. He has over 25 years of tactical and senior leadership experience in Claims, Underwriting, Workforce Management and Policy Operations at two Fortune 500 insurance companies. Scott is excited to start his new role.

In his free time, Scott enjoys spending time with his wife Cindy and two grown children, Calvin and Hannah as well as getting outdoors as often as possible to enjoy just about any outdoor activity from pickleball and softball to dog walks and bike rides.
